The Empanada Times is a family owned and operated business in Lincoln Park, New Jersey. We started as a food truck in 2015 and expanded to add our physical location on Main Street.

We believe that food is our connection to our ancestors and wanted to combine the flavors of our families traditional recipes with the innovation of American cuisine.

Our dishes pay homage to the rich culinary heritage of Puerto Rico, celebrating the flavors and recipes passed down through generations of our family.
